And a crash shuts down a highway for hours while police clean up the mess. And a local husband and wife are robbed at gun point inside of their home. Stemming from the bridge gate scandal in new jersey. A judge just ruled that an official misconduct complaint can in fact move forward against governor chris christie. Now they have to decide whether to indict the governor. A citizen filed the complaint accusing a public official of knowingly refraining from his duty. Accusing him of having knowledge of the politically motivated plot to close lanes at the George Washington bridge. A conviction on this charge would carry a five to tenyear sentence. A spokesperson for christie says that the governor will appeal and has dismissed the ruling in a statement that reads in part. Dinner last night. More than 100,000 College Students in pennsylvania are pressing pause on their Education Today because faculty members are on strike. Those professors work at the 14 state run universities, among them the nations oldest historic black university, cheney university. That is where gray hall is standing by on campus with more. Reporter this is pretty much the scene of over a dozen schools across the state. Behind me the faculty along with students with the signs, they are on the picket line calling for change. There are several issues on the table here and it boils down to money and benefits. What do we want . The strike comes after negotiations between the Pennsylvania State system of Higher Education and the Faculty Union of 5,000 members could not reach a new contract. We are hoping for a negotiated fair contract. What the faculty is interested in is quality public Higher Education. Its for the future of the commonwealth.
