PROVIDENCE  There s good news that Armando Bisceglia, the amiable owner of Bacco Vino & Contorni, is on the road to recovery. Though clearly weak and still receiving oxygen, Bisceglia took time to say thanks for all the messages sent his way while he was critically ill.  We’re going to move forward and we’re going to do what we do, he said on the Facebook video.
