Say what?
On Dec. 11, was watching the morning news on Global. Noticed on the banner that ran across the bottom of the screen a news item: “Canadian troops are no longer training Chinese troops, Canadian Defence Minister”. Question: “Why were Canadian troops training communist troops?” Doesn’t make any sense.

That’s one way of putting it. A terrifying idea for many Canadians. But hey, Liberals are gonna Liberal.
Vexed about vaccines
Re: “Concern over forced COVID-19 vaccination understandable but unnecessary,” Brian Lilley, Dec. 4.
Provincial governments in Canada have wisely decided not to make the COVID-19 vaccine mandatory. Since individuals will decide whether to take the vaccine, doing your own risk-benefit analysis is crucial. Ideally, the benefit of being vaccinated would be to provide you with complete immunity from the virus. In theory, you could then go back to living normally. On the other hand, manufacturers have fast-tr
