I would think, i dont want a member of the secret service, frankly, whos capable of getting so inebriated that this kind of an action can be accepted. It can be accepted when theyre off duty but not on duty. This is why im totally puzzled. I dont think theres any doubt that this action took place. Is that correct, sir . Thats correct.
