Antonio Armstrong Jr., who is in the middle of his third capital murder trial for the death of his parents, has filed a lawsuit against the City of Houston.
According to the lawsuit, Armstrong and his team stated that the evidence had been compromised and that they believe "the blood was planted by, or in conspiracy with, one or more persons at the HPD in order to try and convict Armstrong of capital murder and to taint his reputation in the mind of the public.”
