Here is a guy who has sued the agency and hes highly skeptical of a lot of the regulatory actions that president obama has put in place, extra legal act n actions. So we dont need another environmentalist there. We need a lawyer like mr. Pruitt who is going to try to restore the balance between the agency and the state as partners and put it back in its proper role. You like the fact that he is from a state, its an oil and gas state, and that has a lot of democrats griping, but you like the fact that what the Obama Administration tried to do was mandates on the states and the states fought back with pruitt. These are how these laws are supposed to work. Its supposed to be a partnership. The federal government sets standards and offers support and maybe enforcement, but the states are supposed to be free to innovate. Thats the
