Have some new information that just came in from a Security Guard that work here at the building that was under construction that went up in flames. He just told me that around 2 30 this morning he was doing his rounds when he heard what sounded like fireworks going off on the east side of the building. He walked over and that is when he saw the flames start to shoot out of the building at the upper floor. Obviously that is the new development that we are hearing right now. This is what the flames look like this morning at around 3 00 this morning when this building on san pablo at west macarthur was under construction went up in flames. You can see it is a word holding that has 100 apartments with retail down below that was under construction. It was wrapped in scaffolding and there is a large construction crane that was being used in that process. Another man barricaded himself inside. Reporter this all started late last night when police did not get a response from the man inside the house they sent in a robots and they say they found out that the man had taken his own life. It happened on richard drive. They received a call and said the man was shot in the head in the shooter barricaded himself in a cell where he lived with his girlfriend and two children. People thought the kids were still inside the home but that turned out to not be the case. At one point of the people gathered demonstrate to see what was happening.
