LISBON A Dec. 21 preliminary hearing and pretrial was set in county Municipal Court for Codey A. Mobley, 26, Chester Ave, Wellsville, charged with two counts of resisting arrest and a second-degree felony escape charge. His bond is set at $100,000 cash or surety. On Sunday, Mobley was allegedly yelling and trying to get into Sarah Berdine’s apartment in Independence Square in Wellsville, where police later found him hiding in an upstairs bedroom closet. He allegedly resisted being cuffed and ran out of the apartment into a wooded area when he was being taken to the police cruiser.
