Cortez announced Tuesday morning.  Wristbands will be distributed starting Tuesday at 12 p.m. for all who qualify at Richard R. Flores Stadium located at 1800 S. Stadium Drive based on a first-come, first-serve basis.  A thousand doses of the Moderna vaccine will be distributed starting at 7 a.m. for those who receive a wristband.  The clinic targets healthcare workers, people 65 years or older and people 18 and older with certain medical conditions.
