North Andover election: the results are in Wicked Local North Andover’s local election Tuesday saw Janice Phillips and Richard Vaillancourt emerge as victors in the Select Board race, and Pam Pietrowski and Andrew McDevitt won seats on the School Committee. Select Board Vaillancourt won a fourth term on the Select Board and came in on top with 2,440 votes.
