Acting United States Attorney for Wyoming Bob Murray announced that Ray Donald Farley, a/k/a Ray Donald Lucero, Jr. was sentenced this week in federal court to 150 years in prison for three counts of production
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Wyoming released the following information.
Ray Donald Farley, aka Ray Donald Lucero, Jr., was sentenced on March 1st, 2021, to 150 years in prison for three counts of production of child pornography. In sentencing Ray Farley, the Honorable Nancy D. Freudenthal stated that the Defendantâs conduct was âreprehensibleâ and âunforgivableâ and sentenced him to 50 years, per count, consecutively, totaling 150 years imprisonment.Â

In March 2020, Special Agents from Homeland Security Investigations and the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation received Cybertips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children informing them that Ray Farley and Conner William Biggs Farley may be producing child pornography.Â
Natrona County Men Plead Guilty to Child Pornography Charges
Two Alcova men and one Casper-area man have pleaded guilty to child pornography charges in federal court in recent weeks.
Ray Donald Lucero Jr. pleaded guilty to three counts of production of child pornography on Nov. 30, according to federal court records.
Richard Thomas Willden pleaded guilty to one count of receipt of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography on Dec. 9.
Connor William Biggs Farley pleaded guilty to three counts of production of child pornography on Monday.
Other counts will be dismissed at their sentencing hearings scheduled for February before U.S. District Court Judge Nancy Freudenthal.
