Park Police Ordered evacuations of the west lawn of the capitol where folks are gathered for tonights concert, as well as folks near the Washington Monument and put into play Operation Safe haven encouraging folks to seek shelter at a museum or metro stop. Thankfully, nobody was hit. Tonight, the parents are making loud calls for safety. They wrapped up a meeting moments ago, and tom roussey has the investigation as it is happening. Tom . Tom in the meeting, the police said when this yesterday morning, when shooter was roughly here with the other shooter firing back at him. He was inside the gerard street park.
