Most of all, let me commend the officers, the people that ran into a building where the active shooter, shooting 45 caliber bullets, and saved many people. Waiting to hear from police in Virginia Beach. That will happen any minute now. Well bring you that News Conference as it begins. But lets set the stage for you at this hour and just remind you how we got here. Everything happening in the building that is just behind me, just about 24 hours ago. This was as the work week was wrapping up. A friday afternoon at 4 00, employees getting ready to start their weekend. Witnesses say the shooter walked through all three floors of that building killing and wounding people. City leaders, understandably, still very much in shock. So in the days and weeks to come, you will learn what they meant to all of us. To their families. To their friends. And to their coworkers. They leave a void that we will never be able to fill. The city manager, as you heard, wants the nation to know the peo

Reporter well, its been an extraordinary day of images, hasnt it . It began with marine one swooping down over best of youc palace. Extraordinary pictures as members of his family and members of the royal family watched. Then he made his way to westminster where he laid a wreath at the tomb of the unknown warrior. There you had history being watched by the president and being made by the president as prince andrew, the queens son, led the president around and showed him around. And then there was an informal lunch with members of the royal family. And one of the moments that i think may be remarked upon and that was the image of prince harry appearing to hold back, not close to the president. Perhaps he wasnt supposed to be coming forward. But i think it will be remarked upon because of those comments with a british tabloid newspaper about meghan. And Prince Charles taking up an afternoon tea. It looked relaxed and informal. These kind of events combine extraordinary this kind of extra

With a foreign adversary to undermine your election. As mueller said, it points to obstruction of justice. The president of the United States is not above the law. Hes not a dictator in chief. This constitution was designed with checks and balances and hes refusing to let them happen because hes refusing to comply with legitimate inquiry. Thats why i call for us to begin impeachment proceedings so we have more leverage to expose the truth. Mueller did what he has to do. Its time for congress to do what we have to do. For this president not to comply with congress, that alone in the nixon era was one of the articles of impeachment. And so its time for us to start impeachment proceedings because this president is not above the law. We have a constitution to protect. History is going to look back on this moment and say what did we do when a president was full counting the will of congress, acting more like an authoritarian dictator than someone subject to the laws of this nation. We shoul
