A fire outbreak at a boarding school on the outskirt of Uganda s capital, Kampala, has killed 11 people, including children, a police official said Tuesday.
The disaster occurred at about 1am this morning (10pm Monday UK time) at the Salama School for the Blind in the Mukono district, east of the capital Kampala. Eleven died with six left in critical condition
