SINGAPORE, Oct 1 A 40-year-old man, who incessantly sent phone text messages to a woman who broke off contact after they had an extramarital affair, was on Thursday (Sept 30) fined S$4,000 for harassment. Ritchie Richard Li Qingping pleaded guilty to one charge of making threatening.
