Meanwhile we have been following breaking news all morning long for you a four alarm fire rages out of control in the the tioga section of philadelphia Eyewitness News reporter Steve Paterson is at the fire scene on the 2400 block of west more land street, steve what can you tell us. Well, the fire at this point would i call it under control. That doesnt mean it doesnt continue to rage. But it has been raging for three hours. For about two hours it has been elevated to that four alarm fire. I said for the last hour or so they have had a constant jet stream of water overtop, and through the inside of the building where you see that orange glow where the flames continue to shine bright through the top of the building.
