our time now, 7:00. we re gonna start with the developing story. we ve been watching this story for a couple of hours. police are still at the scene of a deadly double shooting. it actually happened right across from kaiser medical center. a woman was shot debt. a man who was also wounded was rushed to the hospital. allie rasmus is back now with the very latest. and i know you talked with the friends of the victim. reporter: that s right, dave. richmond police say the shooting happened at 3:00 this morning at this apartment complex. this is 8th street. right behind kaiser medical center. you can see police have closed off a portion of the street as they begin their homicide investigation. a 25-year-old man is shot. he s in critical condition. a 24-year-old woman was also shot and pronounced dead at the scene. police say the man and woman were driving into the apartment complex when this shooting happened. let s show you the view. in that shot, you can see the car, the victi

it is thursday, july 28th. two men were removed from a san francisco bound plane, after attacking them in miami. we learned from miami police that the plane was delayed because one of the two men did not have his seat belt on when they were about to take off. one of the flight attendants tried to arouse him but to no avail. the man was believed to be drunk or high on drugs, so she contacted authorities immediately. four passengers were forced to subdue at least one of the men last night. these are the mug shots this morning much the police said they tried to awake baez. we have pictures of the citizens detaining one of the baezs before the arrest. the flight was taxiing for takeoff when the situation s escalated. the two unruly men who spoke little english and seemed to be acting strange got into a heated discussion. they were acting erratic, suspicious, like they were drunk. we left to take off. the pilot brought the plane back. then they walked out and were escort
now an update this morning s commute also looks pretty good if you re driving on interstate 880 near by with the traffic moving at the speed. at 5:00 let s go back to the desk. two men have been arrested. this is new this morning. they are accuse of attacking an airline pilot. just hours ago the plane they were removed from landed in san francisco. jade hernandez is live right now at sfo with a situation that started in miami. reporter: the plane arrived a few hours ago. we have pictures of an arrest which delayed the flight and shook up passengers on board. they got on a verbal conversation and verbal argument in spanish. then they walk out and they were escorted out the door of the plane. they were sitting there arguing with the captain, they did not want to leave and they did not want to get off the plane. one of the guys punched the captain right in the eye then that s when the captain backedded up and all the other guys from the airplane started getting in on it.
