Branford police identified three people killed in an early-morning crash on Hosley Avenue on Thursday. Two of the victims, 19-year-old Anthony Dudchik and 22-year-old Robert Dudchik, are the sons of Capitol Report host Tom Dudchik.
Blumenthal’s plea comes after a trip to the Polish Ukrainian border where he met with Ukrainian refugees, relief organizations, members of the 82nd Airborne Division and U.S. and Polish government officials.
