Gervase Peterson, who competed on the first season of 'Survivor,' is suing New Jersey memorabilia tycoon Ken Goldin, claiming he ripped off his television script for the Netflix series "King of Collectibles: The Golden Touch." Peterson is suing Goldin for damages and wants the show to be taken off of the streaming service along with future seasons canceled.
