Fewer than half of Ohio s counties - 38 of 88 - are on red alert for concern over spread of the coronavirus, the Ohio Department of Health reported Thursday. Forty-three are a step lower for concern at orange and seven at the lowest concern level of yellow.Ohio Department of Health
