A month into the second provincial lockdown to combat the stubborn COVID-19 pandemic, the public-health restrictions continue to impact some people more than others, but many are still finding ways to cope.
Patricia Robbins-Clark, owner of Collins Clothiers in downtown Chatham, has never had “to deal with something like this before” in her more than 40 years in the fashion industry.
