The Mu Mu Sigma Alumnae Tallahassee Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., chartered June 28, 2017, continues its membership growth with the induction of four new Sorors on March 7, 2021, Tiakya Green, Latoya Moody, Lesa Ransom and Rebecca Salter.
These women bring a wealth of education and career experiences that will enhance the chapter’s goals and initiatives. Moreover, the Chapter established its Rhoer Club Affiliate in March with the induction of Jada and Janiya Salter and transfer of Rhoer Kylar Jefferson.
The Rhoer Club, established in 1939, serves as the youth affiliate for Sigma Gamma Rho and is for young ladies ages 12-18 who desire to enhance their leadership skills, engage in community service, and learn various life skills under the mentorship of sorority members.
