First, some background, the controlled substances act requires to should bidders to deain a registration from in order to distribute controlled substances, including Prescription Drugs. Deaact further authorizes to suspend a distributors registration in certain circumstances, such as one by distributor has been convicted of a crime involving controlled substances, or had a state license suspended.
