Tom Wolf don’t affect them directly but that overall there could be some repercussions. As part of those restrictions, all in-person businesses serving the public can only operate at a 50 percent maximum capacity. The restrictions will begin at 12:01 a.m. Saturday and will remain in effect until 8 a.m. Jan 4, Wolf said.
