Germany to supply Kiev with 20 more Marder infantry fighting vehicles

German armaments maker Rheinmetall is to deliver an additional 20 Marder (Marten) infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) to Ukraine by the end of the year, the company announced in Dusseldorf on Tuesday. Rheinmetall bags €135 million contract from defence company KNDS

German automotive and arms maker Rheinmetall announced on Tuesday that it has received a contract order worth €135 million ($144 million) from KNDS Germany, a defence equipment maker. The contract is to supply core components for 22 self-propelled howitzers PzH 2000.
