On March 10, Deputy J. Snider with the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office was patrolling the area of Rhea Smith Road in Roanoke Rapids when he encountered a vehicle that failed
At approximately 5 p.m. Tuesday, Kevin Marquette Ingram, 37, of Roanoke Rapids, surrendered to Agent B.J. Murphy at the Halifax County Sheriffâs Office.
Agent A.D. Cash had obtained warrants for the arrest of Ingram for sell of cocaine, deliver cocaine, possession with the intent to sell/deliver cocaine and maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for a controlled substance, according to a press release from Capt. Anzell M. Harris.
The incident occurred at Ingramâs residence in the 1000 block of Rhea Smith Road in Roanoke Rapids. Agents had received a citizen complaint of Ingram selling from this residence and Agent Cash followed up.
