On Thursday, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele and Whitemarsh Township Police Chief Christopher Ward announced Reynaldo Figueroa-Ardon, 20, of Vineland, N.J., has been charged with Attempted Murder of a Law Enforcement Officer and related offenses.
