Rexford Industrial Realty Inc. (NYSE: REXR) has struck Orange County again with another acquisition, the largest industrial deal in the region since the beginning of the year. The Los Angeles-based REIT, one of the most active buyers of industrial real estate in OC over the past few years, last month paid $94.3 million for a 278,572-square-foot distribution facility in Fullerton.
