涉詐領助理費逾500萬苗栗前議員謝芳紋50萬交保 - 社會

民進黨前苗栗縣議員謝芳紋、卓蘭鎮公所前秘書徐士凡，被檢舉於謝芳紋擔任議員期間，涉嫌共同詐領議員助理費。檢調昨天執行搜索，並傳訊謝、徐2人到案，調查初估2人詐領金額超過500萬元，涉犯貪汙治罪條例，昨晚訊後各50萬元交保。苗栗地方檢察署表示，謝、徐2人涉嫌共同詐領議員助理費案，經專案小組縝密蒐證後，於昨天由承辦檢察官廖倪凰偕同姜永浩、徐一修、陳昭銘、呂宜臻、張智玲、邱舒虹共7名檢察官採團隊辦案方式，指揮台北市調查處、新竹縣調查站、新竹市調查站等調查官，持台灣苗栗地方法院核發之搜索票，同步搜索謝的住處及服務處等13處所，查扣相關文件、行動電話等物，並傳訊謝、徐及相關證人共13人。
