政院指示速推外役監條例、警械條例修法總預算審查將有朝野攻防 - 政治

立法院本會期即將開議，據悉，行政院長蘇貞昌已指示政務委員羅秉成與法務部、警政署協調，儘快處理並提出「外役監條例」和「警械使用條例」的修法，為強化治安，並且放寬槍械使用範圍，讓員警無後顧之憂，政院盼這兩項法案的修法在立院本會期優先通過，由於本會期是預算審查會期，政院也盼明年度中央政府總預算案與前瞻基礎建設計畫第四期特別預算案等相關預算在本會期早日完成審查。不過，因年底九合一選舉將屆，政院官員評估往年總預算案審查時，在野黨立委頻頻祭出案海戰術，本會期勢必提出許多預算刪減等提案，並且將結合選舉等議題在立院另闢戰場，屆時立院朝野黨團勢必有一番攻防。
