Galveston beaches were packed as people celebrated Labor Day. A few stray showers Monday didn’t deter crowds from hitting the beach to mark the traditional end of summer.
Man s best friends got their chance to exhibit their innate hunting skills Saturday at the Galveston Kennel Club s three-day Coursing Ability Tests at Walter Hall Park in League City.
