flourishing not on the basis of what the government is doing but on the basis of what business is doing. their bottom line is doing better than the top line. the rev knew line is not increasing as much as they ve been able to cut costs. the problem is when they cut costs they cut people. we have a huge level of unemployment. they outsource jobs to other countries. of course, there is some outsourcing. some. i m not going to have an argument with you over every word i use. what business has done is to cut costs. some of it is outsourcing. they ve been outsourcing for decades. we have seen the effects of it is they ve cut personnel because they were worried what was going to happen to their businesses. their top line which is the revenue line has not grown nearly as much. that s the one that protects in a sense a lot of the employees they ve had. they ve been forced to do that. yes, they have done well and wall street has done well but wall street isn t the whole business communi
