A CHURCH has apologised after an exhibition containing disturbing stuffed bodies was seen on the grounds. Residents have slammed Ulverston Parish Church s interactive outdoor exhibit as upsetting after stuffed bodies were seen lying in the garden and up a tree. The church has defended the exhibit as an interactive way to relay bible stories to children - but has apologised for the stunt. Alan Bing, the Reverend Canon of Ulverston Parish Church, said: Ulverston Parish Church continues to look at all ways in which to reach out in mission and ministry to its local communities during these challenging times of coronavirus pandemic; one such example being the churchyard Bible story initiative.
