The indoor track and field season begins Saturday for the Arkansas distance squad as they compete in 3,000m and 5,000m races at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener hosted by Boston University.
Scoring 211 points in the NCAA Cross Country Championships earned No. 7 Arkansas a fourth-place podium finish on Saturday at Panorama Farms along with a pair of All-America honors for Patrick Kiprop and Kirami Yego.
No. 7 Arkansas hosts the NCAA South Central Region meet at Agri Park on Friday and the Razorbacks compete over a 10,000m distance with a start time of 11:30 a.m. Arkansas has claimed 39 South Central team titles dating back 1976.
