Super MadNES is a Los Angeles, CA based tribute to retro videogames and traditional 80s heavy metal music, creating riff-oriented guitar and synth arrangements to classic NES, SNES, and arcade soundtracks.
Since 2016, the band has released three full-length albums, built a strong following, toured throughout several states in the US, received press praise by major music magazines and newspapers such as Decibel Magazine, Los Angeles Daily News, OC Weekly, Orange County Register, and performed at major gaming events such as Anime Expo, BitGen Gamer Fest, MAGwest, Retro City Festival, Replay FX, California Extreme, Game On Expo, and Arcade Expo, to name a few.
