“We are proud to endorse Mayor Fulop and his Slate in this upcoming Election,” Joint Council 73 President Alphonse Rispoli, Jr. said in a statement.
“Mayor Fulop has always answered our calls and has always supported Joint Council 73 and our affiliate locals. The Joint Council 73 Executive Board will be working with our International Brotherhood Teamsters Political Coordinators and our affiliate locals to GET OUT THE VOTE.”
The endorsement includes Teamsters Local Union 11 Teamsters Local Union 560, Teamsters Local Union 35, Teamsters Local Union 641, Teamsters Local Union 97, Teamsters Local Union 701, Teamsters Local Union 125, Teamsters Local Union 863, Teamsters Local Union 177, Teamsters Local Union 877, Teamsters Local Union 469, Teamsters Local Union 1100, Teamsters Local Union 522, NJ Teamster Retiree Club, and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen.

Team Fulop slate secures Teamsters union endorsement ×
Teamsters Joint Council 73 (Springfield, NJ), a union PAC representing more than 50,000 New Jersey workers though different Teamsters Local Union affiliates, has endorsed Mayor Steven Fulop and his City Council slate.
Joint Council 73 is made up of: Teamsters Local Union 11, Teamsters Local Union 560, Teamsters Local Union 35, Teamsters Local Union 641, Teamsters Local Union 97, Teamsters Local Union 701, Teamsters Local Union 125, Teamsters Local Union 863, Teamsters Local Union 177, Teamsters Local Union 877, Teamsters Local Union 469, Teamsters Local Union 1100, Teamsters Local Union 522 NJ Teamster Retiree Club, and the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen.
With 3,600 Teamsters who live in Jersey City, Joint Council 73 is the latest labor organization to endorse Team Fulop.

These appointments were made on Sept. 30, 2020 by California Governor Gavin Newsom. The Fair also announces the new officer positions for 2021: Jerry Pacheco, Board President; Charles Riojas, Vice President; and Terry Gonsalves, Secretary/Treasurer.
