THE Kirkgate Centre has given an update to which of its essential shops are open during Lockdown 3. The centre tweeted a reminder of the shops and services still open and when at the city centre site until this latest national lockdown comes to an end. The centre tweeted a reminder of the shops and services still open and when at the city centre site until this latest national lockdown comes to an end. The centre remains open overall to essential retailers; Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sundays from 11am to 5pm. Access to the centre is via its Charles Street Entrance. The Broadway’s car park will be open Monday to Sunday from 6am until 5pm. The Broadway is open for essential shops only with some retailers offering click and collect services and takeaway food options.
