This is a tale of two states. Northern california and Southern California. Here are the rankings. The top five counties with the highest number covid19 cases all in Southern California. Los angeles, riverside, san diego, orange county, san bernardino. Thats 71 of all of californias covid19 cases. Meanwhile the bay area counties make up just 11 . So how do you explain the divide .
