M'tucci's Restaurants announced it'll offer four-day work week schedules for salaried employees starting Feb. 1, according to a press release. M'tucci's has three Albuquerque-area locations, including M'tucci's Moderno at 1908 Wellspring Avenue in Rio Rancho.
