think i was on the strip. now that entire street has been flooded which is why we moved down to the beach in the far distance probably come back but there is a police officer they are driving patrolling. the police officer, myself and these two seagulls are the only ones on the beach right now. did i speak to a woman maybe about an hour and a half ago. i met her at a doughnut shop that happened to be the only doughnut shop open. the only restaurant open. they had no doughnuts. she sadly already had to evacuate her home. she lives in a mobile home. what happened was rain came in, it blew off the top of her roof flew off and then it started to leak into the living room and then it collapsed. they luckily got out of home alive. they had no insurance. she is heart-broken or she is heart broken and so just one example. and the reason she told me that she stayed, i asked her specifically why didn t you evacuate? she said she didn t evacuate because she has lived here through all her life. sh
