to the holders of the £550,000,000 Floating Rate Covered Bonds due 10 January 2023

(the Series CBL19 Covered Bonds or the Covered Bonds, and the holders thereof, the Covered Bondholders) of the Issuer presently outstanding.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices) of the terms and conditions applicable to the Series CBL19 Covered Bonds (the Conditions) pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Second Amended and Restated Trust Deed dated 4 December 2014, as amended pursuant to an amending agreement made as of 3 February 2016 as amended, restated, modified and/or supplemented in relation to the Series CBL19 Covered Bonds from time to time (the Trust Deed) made between the Issuer, the Guarantor and Computershare Trust Company of Canada (the Bond Trustee) as bond trustee for the Covered Bondholders and constituting the Series CBL19 Covered Bonds
