It is gearing up to be a busy Monday night at Saint John Common Council with several big items on the agenda.
Council is expected to approve a $7.9-million tender for the
Fundy Quay seawall refurbishment and a storm sewer outfall project at the site.
It will also consider a $438,000 proposal submitted by Dillon Consulting for engineering services at Fundy Quay.
Also on the agenda is a public hearing to discuss fee changes under the city’s zoning and heritage conservation area bylaws.
The changes are expected to generate an extra $17,000 in revenue for the city each year.
