Substitutes. The substitutes really also. It would be nice to see some kind of data how much in their professional development is el driven or based. How much is that is just specifically how they deal with el and el learners and how much do the teachers themselves understand the reclassification process and standards and guidelines so that we are all on the same page when we go back to the parents and we try to explain that to them.
