Ordinance would not approve the Development Agreement and amend portions of the planning and administrative codes in order to facilitate implementation of the project. The amendments create a consolidated approval process at the Preservation Commission and Planning Commission. They provide for a comprehensive approach in order to preclude the otherwise peace meal process called for existing code provisions.
