In accordance with state and county reopening guidelines for waterparks, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor will operate at reduced attendance levels utilizing the company’s new reservation system. The waterpark will also utilize the extensive safety measures employed at Six Flags Magic Mountain, including several new advanced technology systems to protect guests and employees. The plan, developed in consultation with infectious disease experts, sets standards for executing at the highest levels of hygiene and social distancing protocols. These procedures will be adjusted on an as-needed basis to ensure compliance with state and county recommendations.

Six Flags announced earlier this week that La Ronde has received provincial clearance to reopen with rides and attractions.
The park, located in Montreal, Québec, will open to the general public on May 22, 2021. The park will operate at reduced attendance levels, in accordance with Québec public health’s reopening guidelines for theme parks, utilizing a reservation system and other extensive safety measures already in use at Six Flags parks throughout the system.
Six Flags Re-Opens To Pass Holders, General Public Next Week
Six Flags Magic Mountain re-opened Thursday to a limited number of guests after being forced to close in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The re-opening of the theme park comes as Los Angeles County entered the Orange Tier, as COVID-19 cases continue to decrease.
“Six Flags Magic Mountain is the undisputed Thrill Capital of the World, and we are excited to get our park open and our world-class collection of coasters running again,” said Six Flags Magic Mountain’s Park President Don McCoy in a previous KHTS article.
