California Mother Claims She Killed Her 3 Children in Order to ‘Protect’ Them From Abusive Father
A woman in California accused of killing her three children, all under the age of 5, admitted to murdering them during an interview with a Los Angeles television station.
Liliana Carrillo told KGET-TV in a jailhouse interview she drowned the children because she didn’t want them “to be further abused” by their father and wanted to “protect” them.
The 30-year-old Hispanic woman had custody over the children at the time of the murder and was in a dispute over them Joanna, 3; Terry, 2; and Sierra, 6 months with the father, identified as Erik Denton of Porterville.

LOS ANGELES, April 10 (Xinhua) Three kids were found fatally stabbed at an apartment in Los Angeles Saturday morning, authorities said.
Patrol officers responded to the 8000 block of Reseda Blvd for a radio call involving a possible death at one of the apartments at about 9:30 a.m. local time. Police officers discovered three children at scene after they went inside the apartment, the Los Angeles Police Department said on its Twitter account.
The three children, all appear to be under the age of 5 years old, were pronounced deceased at scene, according to the department.

The bodies of the children were identified by the authorities as three years old, two years old, and six months old, according to a Fox News report. The grandmother saw the tragic crime scene after returning from work.

A mother is in custody after authorities discovered three deceased children in an apartment building in the Reseda neighborhood of Los Angeles Saturday morning.
All three children were believed to be under the age of 5, police said.
Police did not confirm a motive or a cause of death, but multiple local mediaoutlets report the children were stabbed to death.
Police discovered the bodies of the children while responding to a call about a possible death in an apartment along the 8000 block of Reseda Boulevard.
