To be honest, we were his tent at first to begin this broadcast with yet another Scientific Study about what we should or should not eat. But our dr. Jon lapook brought us what he says is the most definitive study yet that the socalled mediterranean diet including olive oil and nuts, wine, and fish can prevent the leading cause of death in america heart disease. And it does it much better than the lowfat diet can. Jon has more on why we should Pay Attention to this study and what it found. Reporter todays study compared the mediterranean diet to a lowfat diet among nearly 7,500 patients at high risk for heart disease.
