Razon) MANILA - The OCTA Research Group on Monday reported that all local government units (LGUs) in the National Capital Region (NCR) are now classified as low risk for Covid-19 infection based on metrics. Although some LGUs had a one-week growth rate, all 16 cities and one town had reproduction numbers less than 0.9 percent.
