Holland steakhouse co-owned by state Rep. Tommy Brann fined $1,750 for COVID-19 violations

HOLLAND, MI The co-owner of Brann’s Steakhouse and Grille in Holland has paid a $1,750 state fine for COVID-19 workplace violations at his restaurant.
Violations at the restaurant, co-owned by state Rep. Tommy Brann, R-Wyoming, include failing to require face masks when social distancing could not be maintained and lacking protective barriers at the bar and hostess station, according to the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA).
The fine, issued Feb. 11, was originally for $3,500. The inspection that led to the fine occurred in response to an employee complaint.
