One vote decided the outcome of the Bradford Woods council race for Republican David Baldonieri and Independent Charles Coltharp. Baldonieri edged out Coltharp, 257 to 256 in the Nov. 2 contest. Four council members’ terms were ending this year, and all four chose to run again, including Baldonieri and Coltharp.
